Unless Buyer agrees otherwise, in accordance with the Personal Data Law, Seller may only collect and store personal information necessary for Seller to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement. The buyer's personal information will only be passed on to others if it is necessary for the seller to implement the agreement with the buyer or in legal cases.

In order to serve you in the best possible way, we need to have enough information about you as a customer. After reviewing what is stored with information about our customers, we believe that there is no sensitive or critical data stored with us that can be misused.

The Accounting Law requires that we store transaction data for 5 years. In order to safeguard the rights of customers in relation to guarantees and complaints in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Law, the Purchase Law and our conditions of sale, we store the purchase history for 10 years.

13. Conflict resolution
