Windows 11 now gets major update: Moment 4 available for all users

What is moment 4?
Moment 4 is the name of the fourth major update for Windows 11, following Moment 1, Moment 2 and Moment 3. The name reflects our vision to create moments that matter to our users, whether they are working, learning, playing or creating. on their devices.
What are the new features and enhancements of Moment 4?
Moment 4 introduces many new features and improvements to Windows 11, such as:
– A redesigned Start menu that is more customizable and intuitive. You can now pin your favorite applications, files and folders to the Start menu and access them with a single click. You can also choose from different layouts and themes to customize your Start menu.
– A new taskbar that is more adaptive and responsive. Now you can easily switch between multiple desktops, snap windows to different positions and access your notifications and settings from the taskbar. You can also adjust the size and position of the taskbar according to your preferences.
– A new Microsoft Edge browser that’s faster and more secure. Now you can enjoy a smoother, more immersive browsing experience with Microsoft Edge, powered by Chromium. You can also sync your bookmarks, passwords and settings across your devices with a Microsoft account.
– A new, more modern and easier to use File Explorer. You can now easily manage your files and folders with the new File Explorer, which has a simplified ribbon and context menu. You can also use the new Quick Access feature to access frequently used files and folders.
– A new, more coherent and consistent Settings app. Now you can easily customize your Windows experience with the new Settings app, which has a unified layout and navigation. You can also access common settings from the Action Center or Taskbar.
– A new widget feature that is more attractive and informative. You can now access personalized and relevant information from the widgets panel, which slides in from the left edge of the screen. You can also customize your widgets with different fonts and sizes.
– A new Snap Layouts feature that is more flexible and productive. You can now arrange your windows in different layouts with Snap Layouts, which lets you choose from several predefined patterns. You can also use Snap Groups to save and restore the layout of your windows.

– A new Pen Workspace feature that is more creative and collaborative. Now you can unleash your creativity and collaborate with others with Pen Workspace, which has a revamped interface and functionality. You can also use Whiteboard, Sketchpad, Screen Sketch and Sticky Notes to capture your ideas.
How can I get Moment 4?
Moment 4 is available to all Windows 11 users starting today. You can check for updates by going to Settings > Update and security > Windows Update. If you don’t already have Windows 11, you can upgrade from Windows 10 for free using the Windows 11 Setup Assistant or the Media Creation Tool.
